Operation
Choose your preferred massage attachment and gently insert it into the massage head of the device. Make sure the attachment is correctly positioned.
At the bottom of the handle you will find a switch between the "ON" and "OFF" status, which you switch to the "ON" position.
After switching on the device, the LED strip on the handle lights up with a green light and at the same time the LCD display on the device also turns on.
You can start the massage gun by pressing the middle red button on the LCD display.
With the + and - buttons on the LCD display, you can choose the desired intensity (speed) of product operation, within 1-30 degrees of speed.
In the right part of the display, using a numerical scale up to 100, you can find out the level of battery charge, when 100 indicates a fully charged battery.
Use the massage gun only on carefully dried parts of the body, within the required pressure and intensity of the massage. Massage the desired area for about 60 seconds and then smoothly move on to the next part of the body.
As soon as you want to stop the operation of the massage gun, press the middle red button on the LCD display again.
At the bottom of the handle, you will find a switch between the "ON" and "OFF" states, switch to the "OFF" position, which will turn off the product completely.
Then gently pull out the massage attachment from the head of the device in a straight direction.
After using the massage gun, wipe the surface of the device and the used massage attachment with a slightly moistened towel and dry with a soft cloth.
Massage attachments
Fork (fork, bifurcated attachment): It serves for the typical relaxation and massaging of long and narrow muscles that can be found, for example, in the area of the spine, in the form of its erectors. It is also possible to gently and slowly massage the neck area, the Achilles tendon or the fistula.
Bullet (conical attachment): The rounded tip will help with more intense and deeper muscle massaging. The attachment is suitable for massage and activation of trigger points.
Round (spherical attachment): This is the most universal massage attachment, suitable for wide use on large muscle groups and their average intensive massage. You will appreciate it, for example, when massaging your back, shoulders, arms, hips, back, quadriceps, hamstrings or calves.
Flat (flat attachment): It is suitable for massaging the whole body, especially on areas of flat muscles or around sensitive and bony places. It is suitable, for example, for back muscle or forearm massage.
Golden finger (finger attachment): You can use it as a gentler alternative to the cone attachment for activating and releasing trigger points (Trigger Points), which can help relieve their stiffness, pain and tension. This attachment can also be used for massaging soft tissues and smaller parts of the body, such as palms and soles.
Adze (wedge attachment): Thanks to the smaller impact surface, the attachment reaches hard-to-reach places and with its help you can effectively massage, for example, the area of the cervical spine, palms or feet. It is also suitable for massaging back muscle groups. In the area of the cervical spine, however, increased caution, gentle handling and the use of lower intensity are required.
